Mr. Kaneto is co-founder and the former CEO at Pacifico Energy, the biggest Japanese solar development company. There he oversaw all aspects of organic project development, paying particular attention to efficient operations, strategic planning, and corporate performance and values. Mr. Kaneto has developed, constructed, invested and operated in energy projects globally over 23 years. Since the closing of his first gas-fired project in 1995, he has managed the successful development and investment of nearly 5,000 MW of renewable and conventional power projects.

Mr. Kaneto earned his master degree at Stanford University (MSM, Sloan Fellow), also holds his bachelor degree from Keio University (B.E.).
